Patrol Skills B Practice Exam

The group identified as potentially pathological personality types who might exploit a riotous situation for revenge is accurately represented by psychopathic individuals. Individuals with psychopathic traits often exhibit a lack of empathy, manipulative behavior, and a propensity for impulsivity and aggression. These characteristics can lead them to act in disruptive and violent ways, especially in chaotic environments like riots. In such situations, their motivations may shift toward seeking revenge or causing harm, as they may view the chaos as an opportunity to engage in their destructive behaviors without consequences.

On the other hand, yielders typically demonstrate submissive behavior and are less likely to provoke or escalate conflicts. Supportive persons tend to focus on helping others and maintaining peace during turbulent times. Resisters might oppose authority or established order but do so from a more principled position rather than for revenge. Their motivations are often rooted in a desire for change or justice rather than personal vendetta.
